PROIECTAREA

Starting from the ideas, references and needs you presented to us, our team will create the concept and the project proposal, which we will adjust together if necessary.

BUDGET PLANNING

Together we establish the budget for your project, present you with several offers and explain the advantages and disadvantages of each product. The final decision belongs to the beneficiary.

IMPLEMENTATION

Like you, we want the project to be more than just a beautiful rendering, but to be realized. We are also with you in this important stage of the project, offering you assistance throughout the construction site.

Our experience is vast for all 3 areas. One result of projects made over time is the privilege of looking at architecture, design and landscaping as related fields and understanding that this is the key to a project that stands the test of time. The unity, the understanding of the context, the understanding of its beneficiaries, the aesthetic sense, as well as the implementation in the smallest details describe our experience best.

Imagination plays an important role in the architectural solutions that we outline, in the design that must create a certain state, comfort, harmony and in arranging the space adjacent to the home, the natural setting. Knowledge is worth little if not applied, and this is where the creative process comes into play. We are always looking for innovative solutions for our projects and new ways to improve the functionality and aesthetics of spaces.

The sustainability and quality of the projects are a major objective of our activity. We chose to keep a premium line for the materials used in the implementation of the projects. Whether we are talking about furniture, textures, carpentry or construction materials, all of these generate safety, comfort and resistance and have a major impact on the life of the beneficiary.

Custom design is one of Raw Architects' strengths. They work closely with clients to understand and combine their visions with their expertise and creativity, resulting in unique and customized solutions.

One of the greatest joys of the beneficiaries, as well as ours, is to bring the project to life. This stage is implementation. It represents a key moment, and we are with you until the final touches are completed to ensure that the proposed design/architecture/landscaping has been impeccably achieved.

The century in which we find ourselves is a remarkable one both for the environment and for us. One of our responsibilities is to find solutions that extend the life of buildings, people and protect nature at the same time. We emphasize passive systems in the design process, using energy efficiency strategies and technologies to create sustainable and environmentally friendly spaces.
